You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment while managing the essential administrative and financial workflows that keep our studio running smoothly.

Title	Front Desk / Dental Insurance Coordinator
Job Description	Patient Experience & Flow Warmly greet patients and manage high-volume phone inquiries. Optimize the daily schedule to ensure efficient provider time and patient satisfaction. Educate patients on office policies and follow up on unscheduled treatments. Insurance & Financial Coordination Verify Eligibility: Confirm dental insurance benefits and update records accurately. Claims Management: Submit claims, track status, and process pre-authorizations. Financials: Collect co-pays/balances and present treatment estimates professionally. Administrative Excellence Maintain HIPAA-compliant electronic patient records and charting. Process referrals and manage document scanning/filing.

Requirements	Required: High school diploma or GED. Required: Ability to commute to Valrico, FL 33596. Preferred: 1–2 years of insurance verification or dental administrative experience.
