Willing to train skills that include, but are not limited to:

Posting insurance and patient payments including: electronic, check, and credit card payments
Process denials: contact insurance companies regarding delayed payments and missing information
Strong ability to audit accounts to determine patient vs. insurance balances
Accurately post all insurance payments received by the end of the following day
Creating daily bank deposits of all collections (cash, credit cards, EFTs, personal checks, and insurance checks)
Answering phone calls or emails from patients that have any questions
You must be professional in appearance and attitude. Our offices are focused on delivering service that exceeds the expectations of our patients and our goal is to provide the highest level of health care in a warm and caring atmosphere.
