（Full-time） Front Desk Coordinator job position at Helmbold Dds Inc

We are seeking a Front office receptionist to join our dental family. This position
requires someone who is caring and enthusiastic to learn. Ideal candidate must be
self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Great opportunity for

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
• Greet and check in patients
• Answer and screen incoming phone calls
• Schedule appointments for Doctors and Hygienists
• Act as a liaison between the Patient and the Doctor
• Enter Treatment Plans
• Discuss treatment needs with patients and work out financial arrangements
• Collect and post patient payments
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

• Ensures a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when scheduling patients
and entering treatment codes
• Demonstrates a positive attitude toward coworkers and patients
• Ability to multi-task especially during peak hours of operation
• Is professional and courteous when communicating with coworkers and patients
• Represents the practice in a positive manner when interacting with patients
• Dentrix experience required
• Demonstrates good problem-solving skills
• Follows through with tasks and responsibilities in an appropriate and timely
manner
• Is adaptable to daily events as they occur
