Patient Coordination: Answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and manage the check-in and check-out process.

Financial Oversight: Manage patient payments and provide clear information regarding billing.

Insurance Management: Communicate with insurance providers to verify coverage, update patient information, and assist with claim filing.

Treatment Presentation: Confidently present treatment plans to patients and explain associated costs or scheduling needs.

Schedule Optimization: Proactively manage the office calendar to ensure clinical efficiency and full schedules.

Administrative Support: Maintain accurate patient records and assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support the practice.

Daily Schedule:

Monday – Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Thursday: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Weekends: Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays closed.

High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

Proven experience in a private practice setting.

Strong skills in patient interaction and professional communication.

Ability to multitask effectively and accept constructive feedback.

A genuine interest in the dental field and a high degree of self-motivation.

Proficiency with Open Dental software.

Prior experience in dental billing or treatment coordination.

Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance coding.
