Key Responsibilities
Dentrix Mastery: Manage the full patient lifecycle within Dentrix, including checking patients in/out, scheduling recall appointments, and maintaining accurate digital records.

Treatment Coordination: Confidently present treatment plans to parents, explaining clinical needs and calculating out-of-pocket costs, including deductibles.

Insurance Navigation: Utilize your deep knowledge of both PPO and Medicaid plans to verify coverage and ensure accurate billing.

Communication Excellence: Act as the primary voice of the practice with incredible phone skills and the ability to converse warmly with patients and parents in all areas of treatment.

Team Support: Proactively help other staff members and collaborate to maintain the office’s reputation for punctuality and efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of Dental Front Office experience specifically within Pediatric Dentistry.

Technical Skills: Must be fully knowledgeable in Dentrix and possess fast, accurate typing skills.

Insurance Knowledge: Proven proficiency in handling PPO and Medicaid insurance claims and inquiries.

Attitude: A consistently positive attitude, a love for working with kids, and a "team-first" mentality.

Communication: Ability to discuss complex dental treatment (TX) plans and financial obligations clearly and compassionately.
