（Part-time） Dental Admin job at Luminous Dental Spa

We are currently seeking a part-time or full-time Dental Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is warm, organized, self-motivated, and energized by creating exceptional patient experiences in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you are not just managing schedules—you are setting the tone for a visit built on trust, comfort, and connection.

What You’ll Do

- Welcome patients with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care

- Schedule, organize, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient charts and records

- Answer incoming phone calls and relay messages clearly and promptly

- Monitor and respond to voicemail messages in a timely manner

- Maintain a clean, calm, and organized reception area that reflects our spa-like environment

- Prepare insurance documents, treatment estimates, and correspondence with insurance companies

- Manage treatment plans and track insurance pre-authorizations

- Process billing, collect payments, and handle transactions accurately and confidently
