You will be the first point of contact for our patients, responsible for everything from scheduling and check-ins to managing patient inquiries. Job Description

Patient Hospitality: Greet patients warmly upon arrival and manage the check-in and check-out process.

Scheduling: Coordinate complex orthodontic appointments and manage the daily office calendar to ensure efficient patient flow.

Communication: Handle multi-line phone systems, responding to patient inquiries and confirming appointments.

Insurance & Billing: Verify insurance coverage and assist with processing payments and billing.

Record Management: Ensure patient files are accurate, updated, and handled with strict confidentiality.

Salary Range 【Full-time】 $18.00 〜 $24.00 /hour

Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Requirements

Bilingual Proficiency: Must be fluent in English and Spanish to communicate effectively with our patients.

Software Expertise: Proven experience using Eaglesoft and Cloud 9.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to multitask and manage time in a high-volume office.

Attitude: A friendly, positive, and professional approach to customer service.

Preferences

Prior experience in a dental or orthodontic front-desk role.

Basic understanding of dental insurance coding and terminology.
