Title	Patient Schedule Coordinator
Job Description	This is a full-time on-site role for a Scheduling Coordinator. The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for handling appointment scheduling, administrative assistance, and phone communication in a courteous and professional manner. Some of the specific job duties include scheduling, presenting treatment plans, and providing excellent customer service to our patients. Qualifications Interpersonal Skills and Phone Etiquette Appointment Scheduling and Administrative Assistance Excellent Communication Skills Customer Service experience required *1-2 years medical or dental office experience preferred Relevant qualifications for this position include exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to effectively communicate with patients, team members, management and doctors. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
