What Qualifications Are Needed for the Job?

1+ Years Experience In a Front Desk or Customer Service Role

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

The mission for your role is to provide exceptional front-of-house service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all patients of our office. This includes greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

Greeting and Welcoming Patients: Greets patients warmly and promptly upon arrival, making them feel comfortable and at ease.
Managing Appointments: Efficiently schedules and manages appointments, ensuring minimal wait times and accurate recordkeeping.
Answering Phone Calls: Answers phone calls promptly and courteously, providing accurate information and directing callers to the appropriate staff member.
Maintaining Reception Area: Keeps the reception area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Assisting with Administrative Tasks: Assists with administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. And more…
