Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and assist patients in both English and Chinese, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Manage phone calls and inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow to ensure a seamless experience.
Maintain meticulous patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate efficient office operations and enhance patient satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:
Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in both Chinese and English is a must.
Experience: At least 1 year in a medical setting, with a solid understanding of front desk operations.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using office software and scheduling tools.
