（Full-time） SEASONED OFFICE MANAGER/ TREATMENT COORDINATOR job position at 5 Star Smiles

Operational Leadership: Supervise daily office functions, including optimized scheduling, complex billing, and efficient patient flow management.

Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team of administrative and clinical staff, providing ongoing training, guidance, and support.

Lab Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our in-house laboratory, coordinating closely with the lab technician to ensure timely delivery of cases.

Treatment Coordination: Present complex treatment plans to patients with clarity and confidence, addressing financial inquiries and insurance protocols to facilitate case acceptance.

Quality & Compliance: Implement and uphold office policies to ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining impeccable documentation.

Patient Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries and concerns, ensuring every guest receives a 5-star experience.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in dental office management.

Leadership: Proven track record of team management, staff development, and strong leadership abilities.

Software Proficiency: Mastery of Open Dental and the Microsoft Office suite.

Expert Knowledge: Deep understanding of dental terminology, clinical procedures, and dental insurance protocols.

Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to "sell" treatment plans and educate patients on their dental needs.

Organizational Skills: Superior ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and perform effectively under pressure.

Advanced Management: 3+ years of experience specifically in a high-volume or multi-specialty practice setting.

Lab Familiarity: Previous experience coordinating with an in-house or external dental laboratory.

Strategic Planning: Experience in developing workflow management strategies to improve practice profitability and patient satisfaction.
