Job Description

Patient Hospitality: Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Communication Management: Answer and direct phone calls, handle patient inquiries, and manage office correspondence.

Scheduling: Coordinate and manage appointments for both doctors and hygiene staff to maintain an efficient office flow.

Financial Services: Process patient payments and handle daily billing tasks accurately.

Insurance Coordination: Perform insurance verification, obtain detailed benefit breakdowns, and enter information into the system.

Administrative Support: Scan documents, maintain digital patient records, and assist with various clerical duties to support the clinical team.

Salary Range 【Part-time】 $17.00 〜 $22.00 /hour

Monday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Requirements

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.

Service Mindset: A strong customer service-oriented mindset and the ability to interact warmly with patients.

Organization: Exceptional ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Software Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general productivity software.

Documentation: High attention to detail regarding medical scheduling and administrative support.

Preferences

Experience: Previous experience in a dental or medical receptionist role.

Dental Software: Familiarity with Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management software.

Insurance Knowledge: Experience with dental insurance verification and terminology.
