This is a full-time, on-site role located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The Treatment Coordinator will be responsible for creating personalized treatment plans, managing insurance claims and inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating patient schedules, maintaining accurate patient records, and ensuring patient satisfaction throughout their treatment journey. The role also involves effective communication with patients, families, and team members to facilitate understanding of treatment options and insurance coverage.

Monday to Friday

Treatment Planning, Dental Care experience

Knowledge of Insurance policies and claims processing
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
Prior experience in a dental or orthodontic office is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in dental assisting or a related field is beneficial
