Job Description	Warmly greet and assist patients in person and over the phone Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently Present treatment plans in a clear and compassionate manner Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits Submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims Collect co-pays and manage financial arrangements Maintain accurate patient records using Softdent software Support the team with general administrative duties

Shift & Schedule	4x10 - Work Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 7 AM - 5 PM;: Closed on Mondays - Breaks: 60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours). - Weekend Work: No weekend shifts required.
Requirements	Driver’s license General Dentistry Experienced Dental Receptionist / Admin (5+ years) Prior front office experience in a dental practice Proficiency in dental office software, Softdent is a plus Understanding of dental terminology and insurance processes High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferences	Cosmetic Dentistry General Dentistry Experienced Dental Receptionist / Admin (5+ years) Other Dental Software (Softdent) Friendly, caring, and committed to excellent patient service Detail-oriented and organized A strong communicator and team player Experienced with dental front office operations, treatment planning, and insurance coordination Reliable and interested in a long-term position
