Our busy dental office is looking for an experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer service-oriented, and skilled in managing the day-to-day operations of a dental office.

Responsibilities Include:

Manage patient check-ins and check-outs, treatment plans, and scheduling.
Handle insurance claims, billing, and collections with precision and efficiency.
Coordinate patient treatment plans and maintain accurate patient records using EagleSoft.
Lead front office operations and ensure a seamless experience for both patients and staff.
Provide patient coordination, answering questions, and offering support with a warm, professional demeanor.
