Coordinate with the dental/medical team for appointment flow. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Back Office Support: Assist with basic patient preparation as needed. Organize and file patient charts and records. Support staff with administrative or clerical tasks. Ensure smooth communication between front office and clinical teams. Maintain office supplies and inventory.
