Title	Dental Front Office / Insurance Coordinator
Job Description	Greet and welcome patients, ensuring a positive first impression Assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar Verify insurance information and explain coverage details to patients Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries Process financial transactions and review treatment estimates as needed Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines Support compliance with OSHA safety standards Collaborate and assist teammates as needed to ensure smooth operations
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $17.00 〜 $20.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule	Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Weekends: Closed
Requirements	Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and maintain strong attention to detail Reliable, responsible, and eager to support patients and colleagues Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy
Preferences	Previous dental office experience Experience with insurance verification and/or medical scheduling Familiarity with HIPAA and OSHA compliance protocols
