Manage front office operations, including patient check-ins, scheduling, and answering phones.
Handle insurance verification and billing processes.
Maintain patient records accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow.
Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their needs and concerns.
