Job Description

Greet patients warmly and professionally as they enter the practice
Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently
Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records
Provide insurance breakdowns and assist with treatment plan presentations
Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries
Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly
Support dental team with administrative tasks and patient communication

Salary Range 【Part-time】 $15.00 〜 $23.00 /hour

Shift & Schedule

Monday: 7 AM – 5 PM
Tuesday: 7 AM – 6 PM
Wednesday: 7 AM – 5 PM
Thursday: 7 AM – 6 PM
Friday: 7 AM – 5 PM
Saturday: 8 AM – 3 PM

Requirements

Proven experience as a dental receptionist or front desk coordinator
Proficiency with dental software applications and general computer skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities
Reliable and customer-focused with a positive attitude

Preferences

Bilingual in Spanish
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
Experience working in a pediatric or family dental setting
