In this role, you will guide patients and families through treatment options, financial plans, and the orthodontic process, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience from start to finish. This part-time position offers the opportunity to grow alongside our expanding team.

Job Description	Greet new patients and families warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere Clearly explain orthodontic treatment plans, timelines, and financial options Support patients in making informed decisions about their care Coordinate closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient journeys Occasionally travel between our two Springfield offices (reliable transportation required)
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $16.00 〜 $19.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Shift & Schedule	Monday: 8 AM – 7 PM Tuesday: 8 AM – 7 PM Wednesday: 8 AM – 7 PM Thursday: 8 AM – 7 PM Friday: 8 AM – 7 PM Saturday: 8 AM – 1:30 PM Sunday: Closed
Requirements	Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills Ability to build positive relationships with patients of all ages Organized, dependable, and motivated to contribute to team success Comfortable interacting with both children and adults Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team environment
Preferences	Experience working in a dental or medical office setting Familiarity with orthodontic care and terminology Experience in customer service or patient care coordination
