Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Treatment Coordinator to join our team full-time. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working closely with patients to ensure they receive the best possible care and understands the importance of clear communication and effective treatment planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate patient treatment plans, ensuring they understand their options and feel supported in their decisions.
Handle patient communications, including scheduling, follow-ups, and financial discussions.
Use sales techniques to present treatment plans effectively and help patients navigate their options.
Manage patient records and appointments, using Eaglesoft (training provided if needed).
Work closely with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care and treatment planning.

Sales experience is a plus, helping you excel in patient communications and treatment planning.

Familiarity with Eaglesoft is preferred, but we're happy to train the right candidate.
