Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
Answer, return, and manage phone calls and voicemails promptly
Schedule and manage daily patient appointments to maintain efficient office flow
Verify insurance benefits and communicate with insurance companies regarding claims
Check patients in and out, ensuring accurate documentation
Manage patient accounts, process payments, and handle billing with professionalism
Maintain organized patient records and support overall office administration

Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Experience with medical claims processing and insurance verification
Strong phone communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage patient scheduling and medical administrative tasks
Experience as a dental receptionist or similar role preferred but not required
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Patient-focused attitude and professionalism

Prior experience handling dental insurance and patient accounts
Familiarity with dental office management software
