Title	Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator
Job Description	Serve as the primary point of contact for new patients and families embarking on their orthodontic journey. Conduct initial consultations in close collaboration with the doctor, explaining treatment options comprehensively. Take necessary diagnostic records, including digital scans and X-rays. Provide clear and accurate cost estimates for various treatment plans. Research and explain insurance coverages to patients, maximizing their benefits. Arrange and manage flexible payment plans, special offers, and discounts. Guide patients through the new patient experience, ensuring they feel excited and well-informed. Utilize sophisticated orthodontic/dental software for patient management and scheduling. Manage patient communications, including encrypted texting and emailing. Support the practice in maintaining a streamlined, paperless workflow.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $32,700.00 〜 $41,800.00 /year

Shift & Schedule	Monday: 10 AM – 6 PM Tuesday: 10 AM – 6 PM Wednesday: 9 AM – 5 PM Thursday: 8 AM – 4 PM Friday: 8 AM – 4 PM Saturday: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM (occasional, as needed)
Requirements	Experienced Dental Receptionist / Admin (1+ years) Minimum of 1 year of experience in orthodontic patient treatment plan coordination. Minimum of 1 year of experience in orthodontic or dental front desk operations. Strong understanding of orthodontic treatments and procedures. Proficiency with orthodontic/dental software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an independent and proactive personality. Ability to multitask effectively ("cook on all burners") in a busy environment. A genuine desire to help people achieve their goal for a new smile. High level of dependability and professionalism.
Preferences	iTero Experience with specific digital orthodontic technologies (e.g., iTero, 3D printing software, remote monitoring platforms). Advanced knowledge of dental insurance billing and coding. Experience in a completely paperless office environment.
