Job Description	Greet and check in patients promptly and courteously Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow using eClinicalWorks software Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally Maintain and update patient records accurately Coordinate insurance verification and process payments Assist with general administrative and front desk duties as needed
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $25.00 〜 $28.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule	Monday through Friday Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Weekends off
Requirements	Dentrix Open Dental Eaglesoft Experience as a dental receptionist or in a comparable administrative role Strong patient service and communication skills Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar dental practice management software Basic office and medical administrative support experience Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced front desk environment Entry level candidates with relevant internship or office experience are welcome to apply
Preferences	Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting Knowledge of dental insurance procedures
