Job Description

Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression
Check patients in and out efficiently while maintaining a smooth flow in the waiting area
Schedule and manage patient appointments using the clinic’s scheduling system
Answer incoming phone calls, direct them appropriately, and take detailed messages when necessary
Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays or other required payments
Accurately update patient sign-in logs and post payment records into the system
Balance and reconcile daily cash receipts and revenue reports
Assist with general clerical duties such as handling correspondence, memos, and mail distribution
Support COVID-19 testing appointment scheduling and patient coordination
Travel between clinical sites as required to support front desk functions
Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned to support the clinical team

Salary Range 【Full-time】 $18.00 〜 $25.00 /hour

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 6 months experience in a medical or office setting preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Friendly, dependable, and professional demeanor
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Preferences

Experience with patient scheduling and insurance verification
Knowledge of medical office software and electronic health records systems
