Greet and assist patients warmly while managing the front office environment.
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, including treatment and follow-up care.
Conduct reminder calls and assist with follow-up communications to optimize patient retention.
Explain treatment plans and insurance benefits clearly to patients, supporting informed decision-making.
Accurately document patient treatments, clinical notes, consent forms, and conversations using Dentrix software.
Manage insurance verification and assist patients with benefit inquiries.
Maintain thorough and organized patient records and ensure compliance with privacy policies.
Support marketing initiatives by promoting the practice and helping to establish rapport with prospective patients.
Collaborate with dental staff to optimize office workflow and patient satisfaction.
