What You’ll Do: ✔ Efficiently manage patient scheduling ✔ Create treatment plans with proper dental codes ✔ Accurately calculate & collect payments ✔ Perform patient chart reviews & maintain accurate records in Dentrix ✔ Confirm appointments & address patient inquiries ✔ Greet and assist patients with warmth & professionalism What We’re Looking For: ✅ 1+ year proficiency in Dentrix (Required) ✅ 2+ years of dental front desk experience ✅ Strong knowledge of dental coding (CDT codes) ✅ Excellent communication & organizational skills ✅ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment ✅ Dependable, reliable, and adaptable What We Offer
