We are seeking a dependable, friendly, and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist (Full-Time or Part-Time) to join our front office. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering an outstanding experience to our patients. You’ll be the first and last point of contact for patients, so professionalism and warmth are key.

Job Description	Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming and professional attitude Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments Confirm upcoming appointments and manage cancellations/reschedules Verify patient insurance coverage and assist with claims processing Collect and process payments, copays, and billing information Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry Communicate clearly with clinical staff to coordinate patient flow Uphold patient privacy and HIPAA compliance at all times
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $17.00 〜 $22.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Shift & Schedule	Monday to Friday Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Requirements	Experienced Dental Receptionist / Admin (1+ years)
Preferences	Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
