We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Fresno dental practice. Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Office Manager plays a critical role in ensuring smooth office functions, efficient patient care coordination, and team management. Staff Management

Recruit, hire, train, and supervise office staff
Foster a positive and productive work environment
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing staff support and development
Patient Care Management

Schedule patient appointments and manage daily patient flow
Review treatment plans and assist patients with financial assistance applications
Ensure exceptional patient service and satisfaction
Office Operations

Develop, maintain, and enforce office procedures and policies
Ensure compliance with all relevant dental practice regulations
Collaborate with the Regional Manager to manage and monitor the office budget
Patient Records Management

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
Office Technology

Oversee maintenance of office computer equipment and integrate new technologies as needed
Office Supplies and Inventory

Order and maintain office supplies, keeping inventory accurate and well-stocked
Office Safety and Facilities

Manage building maintenance, security, and cleaning services
Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for patients and staff
Office Communications

Serve as a primary communication link between staff and patients
Coordinate internal communications and meetings
Office Financials

Oversee patient billing and payment processing in collaboration with the Billing Team
Assist in managing the office budget to ensure financial efficiency

Salary Range 【Full-time】 $26.00 〜 $30.00 /hour

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in office management or a related administrative role, preferably within a healthcare or dental setting
Mid-level professional experience demonstrating leadership and organizational skills
Proficient with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and standard office software (e.g., MS Office Suite)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of dental office operations, billing, and compliance preferred

Preferences

Experience managing a dental office or healthcare facility
Familiarity with dental practice management software
Bilingual skills are a plus (English/Spanish)
Background in budgeting and financial management
