Job Description

A dental receptionist is the first point of contact for patients in a dental office, handling a range of administrative and customer service tasks. They manage patient scheduling, maintain records, handle billing and insurance, and ensure smooth front desk operations. Managing patient records: Updating patient information, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring confidentiality.
Billing and Insurance:
Processing insurance claims: Submitting claims to insurance companies and tracking their progress.
Handling payments: Collecting payments from patients, managing billing, and coordinating financial arrangements.
Insurance verification: Verifying patient insurance coverage and benefits.
Administrative Tasks:
Managing office supplies: Ensuring the front desk and waiting area are well-stocked and organized.

Salary Range 【Full-time】 $23.00 〜 $40.00 /hour
Salary Details

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
- Yearly raised based on merit, 401k with matching

Shift & Schedule

- Work Hours: Monday 7:30AM - 3PM, Tuesday 9:30AM - 7PM, Wednesday 9AM - 3PM, Thursday: 9:30 AM - 8 PM, Friday: 7:30 AM - 3PM.
- Breaks: 60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours).
- Overtime: Overtime available during busy seasons and paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate.
- Weekend Work: No weekend shifts required.
- Holiday Shifts: Occasional holiday shifts, compensated at double time.
