Manage and oversee all aspects of accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Process insurance third-party billing and new insurance claims efficiently
Handle insurance claim adjustments and patient billing with attention to detail
Use Eaglesoft software to manage patient and insurance billing data
Coordinate with insurance companies and patients to resolve billing issues and inquiries
Analyze financial reports and office performance to identify areas for improvement
Ensure compliance with health insurance regulations and billing standards
Lead and support office staff to maintain excellent communication and workflow
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to optimize operations
Manage referral programs and employee discount plans as part of patient and staff engagement
Support the practice’s financial goals by monitoring budgets and expenditures

3 to 5 years of accounts receivable experience in a dental or medical billing environment
Proficient with insurance third-party billing, insurance claim adjustments, and new claim processing
Experience managing accounts payable and receivable functions
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret financial data and reports
Familiarity with Eaglesoft software or similar dental practice management systems
Medical billing specialist experience preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Mid-level professional with at least 3 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of health insurance policies and procedures
