Job Description	Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere in the reception area Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, scheduling patient appointments efficiently Check patients in and seat them in a timely manner Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality Support the dental team by coordinating patient flow and assisting with administrative tasks Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns courteously Occasionally stay until 6:00 PM as needed (not mandatory) Opportunity to cross-train in dental assisting and support back-office staff (non-clinical support) Uphold office policies, including COVID-19 safety protocols such as mask requirements
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $17.00 〜 $20.00 /hour

Shift & Schedule	Full-time, 4 days per week (Monday to Friday) Typical shift: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM with a 1-hour lunch break from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM No weekends or late evenings; occasional early evening work until 6:00 PM (optional)
Requirements	Friendly, approachable personality with a positive attitude Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and grow within the dental field
Preferences	High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous customer service experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
