This position mixes a combination of Treatment Coordinating, Guest Services, and Marketing/Sales. We are seeking an individual with a “retail mentality” that can bring a “How can I help you?” approach to our dental office. An outgoing and friendly personality with exceptional customer service is A MUST! Experience is required (2+ year’s minimum)!
Here are some of the duties that this position will be responsible for:
• Providing exceptional customer service (A MUST!!)

• Responding to patient needs and creating a memorable experience
• Able to address patient objections in an elegant manner
