We are currently seeking a Dental Receptionist / Front Desk professional who is not only organized and efficient but also personable and capable of assisting chairside when needed. Key Responsibilities
🦷 Front Desk / Reception Duties:

Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming environment

Answer phone calls, schedule, and confirm appointments

Manage patient check-in and check-out

Collect co-pays and handle financial transactions

Verify insurance eligibility and benefits

Coordinate treatment plans and assist with financial arrangements

🦷 Clinical Support (As Needed):

Assist the dental team with basic back-office duties

Support sterilization and operatory prep if required

Be flexible in helping wherever needed in the office

Prior experience working in a dental front office

✅ Familiar with dental insurance and treatment coordination
✅ Comfortable assisting in the back office when needed
✅ Friendly, reliable, and a strong communicator
✅ Team player with a positive attitude
✅ Dental software knowledge is a plus
