Sprout Kids Dentistry is a boutique pediatric dental practice located in Quincy, MA. We are looking for a full-time front desk receptionist to join our awesome team. The right candidate must have 2+ years of experience in a dental practice using Dentrix or Eaglesoft. Job responsibilities include: greeting patients as they check-in/out, answering phones to schedule/reschedule appointments, verifying insurance coverage, collecting copays, inventory tracking, maintaining patient records and HIPAA compliance, communicating with vendors and other dental practices, and interpersonal skills demonstrating healthy team spirit. |
