Job Description	Responsibilities: Greet patients warmly and check them in/out efficiently Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly Schedule and confirm patient appointments, optimizing provider calendars Manage patient records and ensure accurate data entry using Dentrix Handle insurance verifications, billing, and payment collections Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area Support the dental team with administrative tasks and patient communication
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $18.00 〜 $23.00 /hour
Salary Details	Salary based on Experience.

Shift & Schedule	Schedule: Monday: 8 AM – 8 PM Tuesday: 9 AM – 8 PM Wednesday: 8 AM – 6 PM Thursday: 8 AM – 5 PM Friday: 8 AM – 4 PM Saturday: 8 AM – 12 PM Sunday: Closed
Requirements	Dentrix What You’ll Need: 2–3 years of dental front desk experience Proficiency in Dentrix
Preferences	Excellent communication and multitasking skills A welcoming attitude and professional presence
