Title	Treatment Coordinator
Job Description	What You’ll Do: • Schedule patient appointments and coordinate their treatment plans. • Verify HMO and PPO insurance coverage. • Present treatment plans clearly and confidently, using your knowledge of dental terminology. • Help patients find affordable options for their treatment, including payment plans and financing. • Provide top-notch customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns. • Keep the office organized and welcoming for our patients.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $20.00 〜 $24.00 /hour
Salary Details	Salary based on Experience.

Shift & Schedule	Monday to Friday Day shift Work Hours: • Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts • Weekends as needed
Requirements	What We’re Looking For: • 3+ years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator. • Comfortable working with multiple providers in a busy practice. • Knowledge of dental software (Open Dental is a plus).
Preferences	• Spanish-speaking is a plus! • Available to work weekends (everyone on our team works either Saturday or Sunday).
