（Full-time） Treatment Coordinator job at Westfield Smiles

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure a warm and professional reception for all patients upon arrival.
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments based on patient needs and preferences.
• Help patients complete necessary forms and ensure all information is accurate.
• Organize dental charts and ensure daily routines for the dental team are ready to go.
• Track recent treatments and procedures, updating patient data regularly.
• Schedule follow-up visits and send phone reminders to patients.
• Communicate with medical insurance companies to confirm co-pays and coverage details.
• Verify payment methods and collect payments when necessary.
• Answer phones, photocopy documents, file records, and fax information as needed.

Work Schedule:

• Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (twice per month)

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years dental receptionist experience.
• GED or high school diploma.
• It is helpful to have a certification in office administration, medical administration, or a comparable profession.
• Working experience in a dental office is required.
• Dental terminology is well-versed.

• Dental practice management software expert (Dentrix).
• Working understanding of administrative procedures in general.
• Telephone etiquette is important.
• Outstanding organizational abilities.
• Outstanding customer service abilities.
