South Lake Dental is looking for a warm, reliable, and detail-oriented Front Desk / Dental Assistant to be the face of our practice. If you’re passionate about helping patients, juggling front office duties, and making each visit smooth from check-in to check-out, this is the role for you.

Title	Front Desk Coordinator
Job Description	What You’ll Do: • Welcome patients and visitors warmly, setting a positive tone from the start • Manage scheduling, confirmations, and patient records using Dentrix • Answer and direct incoming calls professionally • Handle patient check-ins/check-outs with speed and accuracy • Review and update documentation in line with ICD-9 standards • Verify insurance information and patient eligibility • Maintain the cleanliness and flow of the front desk area • Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient experiences • Assist with questions about appointments, services, and office policies
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $20.00 〜 $24.00 /hour
Salary Details	Salary based on Experience.

Shift & Schedule	Monday to Friday Day shift Work Hours: • Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM - 6 PM
Requirements	Experienced Dental Receptionist / Admin (1+ years) What We’re Looking For: • Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental office setting • Bilingual candidates highly encouraged to apply • Proficiency with Meditech, Epic, or similar platforms is a plus
Preferences	Dentrix • Familiarity and working knowledge of Dentrix is strongly preferred • Strong attention to detail, especially with documentation • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
