Title	Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator
Job Description	What You’ll Do: Guide patients from their first consultation through treatment start Present treatment plans and review financial arrangements with patients/parents Support the doctor in treatment coordination and patient communication Ensure a smooth and welcoming experience from front desk to chairside Travel between Newark and Middletown locations as needed Maintain accurate records and uphold a high standard of organization
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $20.00 〜 $25.00 /hour
Salary Details	Salary based on Experience.

Requirements	What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of orthodontic assisting or coordination experience (required) Active DANB X-ray certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual (preferred but not required)
Preferences	Professional, detail-oriented, and a team player with a positive attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment High school diploma or GED required
