Job Description	What You’ll Do: • Take charge of insurance claims, verifications, and billing, ensuring accuracy and transparency for our patients. Your expertise will help make dental care stress-free. • Maintain precise and up-to-date patient records, ensuring every detail is accounted for. A well-organized practice means better patient care! • Manage appointments with efficiency and professionalism, balancing patient needs while keeping the office running smoothly. • Greet each patient with a warm, welcoming attitude, making them feel comfortable and valued from the moment they walk in. • Experience with Dolphin Software is a plus, but if you're a quick learner, we’ll provide the training to get you up to speed!
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $18.00 〜 $23.00 /hour

Shift & Schedule	Monday to Friday Day shift Work Hours: • Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM
Requirements	What We’re Looking For: • Previous front desk or administrative experience preferred, but not required. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Preferences	• Familiarity with office software and scheduling systems is a plus. • Friendly, professional attitude and a team player.
