（Full-time） Dental receptionist / admin job at BP Microendo | Riverside

- Patient Communication: Greet patients warmly and manage patient check-in and check-out procedures.

- Appointment Scheduling: Answer phone calls and respond to emails to schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.

- Insurance Verification & Billing: Verify patient insurance details, process claims, and manage patient billing inquiries.

- Administrative Tasks: Maintain and organize patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, handle patient inquiries, and ensure all necessary forms are completed.

- Coordination: Work closely with dental staff to ensure the daily schedule runs smoothly and that patients are seen in a timely manner.

- Payment Processing: Collect payments from patients and manage financial transactions.

- Maintain Office Cleanliness: Ensure the waiting area is clean, organized, and welcoming.

- Communication: Ensure effective communication between the dentist, dental hygienists, and patients, as well as with external service providers when necessary.

- Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service and handle patient concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Monday - Thursday
8am - 4pm will get paid a full day - worth of work even if worked less.
Off on Fridays and weekends.

- Fluent in English (or Proficient in English if not completely fluent)

- Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude

- Strong multitasking abilities, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality
