The Dental Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients visiting the office. The role is critical in providing excellent customer service, ensuring efficient office operations, and maintaining a professional, welcoming environment. This position requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a strong understanding of dental office procedures.

Job Description	* Greet patients warmly and ensure they are properly checked in. * Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries. * Manage patient records and update them as necessary. * Verify patient insurance information and process billing. * Coordinate with dental staff to ensure the smooth flow of patients. * Collect co-payments, process payments, and handle financial transactions. * Maintain the office schedule, confirming appointments and handling cancellations or rescheduling. * Ensure the waiting area is clean, organized, and comfortable for patients. * Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and preparing patient charts. * Assist with patient referrals and follow-up appointments. * Assist in managing office supplies and inventory. * Comply with all healthcare regulations and office policies.
