（Full-time） Front Desk Associate & Surgery Scheduler job position at Pediatric Dental Specialists of Williamsburg and Hampton

What You’ll Do:

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience for pediatric and special needs patients.
• Handle patient registration, checkout, billing, and copay collection.
• Schedule surgeries and coordinate pre-authorizations with insurance providers.
• Answer phones and assist with general inquiries.
• Perform data entry and insurance processing with attention to detail.
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude in a busy pediatric dental office.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of customer service experience (Required).
• 2+ years of computer skills experience (Required).
• Medical billing/coding or surgery scheduling experience is a plus.

• High energy, friendly, and patient-focused team player.
• Dentrix experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Must be comfortable working at both Williamsburg and Hampton locations.
