Job Description	Primary Care Greet patients upon arrival and check them in for their appointments. Manage the appointment scheduling system and maintain accurate records. Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries Verify insurance coverage and benefits. Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations. Assist in managing the dental office's administrative tasks, including filing and data entry. Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient workflow.

Requirements	Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and team members. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is highly desirable. Knowledge in using office software and practice management systems.
