Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate office operations and administrative staff to ensure organizational effectiveness.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to maintain efficiency.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Handle scheduling, coordination, and logistics for meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring expenses.

- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a dental office manager or practice leader is required
- Experience in dental leadership roles, including managing and training both new and existing staff, is required.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds is required.

- The ideal candidate must demonstrate a keen attention to detail, along with strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
- A working knowledge of dental practice management software, preferably Open Dental, is essential.
- Familiarity with third-party tools used in patient management, scheduling, and revenue cycle management is required.
- The role involves prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Prolonged periods of periods of standing and bending.
