Insurance Verification:
Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility prior to appointments.
Confirm benefits, deductibles, and coverage limitations.

Claims Management:
Prepare, submit, and track dental insurance claims accurately.
Follow up on unpaid or denied claims to ensure timely reimbursement.

Patient Communication:
Inform patients about their insurance coverage, benefits, and out-of-pocket costs.
Answer patient inquiries regarding insurance claims and billing.

Billing and Payment Coordination:
Post insurance payments and reconcile accounts.
Manage patient balances, collect payments, and set up payment plans if necessary.

Compliance and Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Ensure all necessary documentation is submitted for claims processing.

Office Support:
Collaborate with front office staff to schedule patients and optimize insurance benefits.
Stay updated on insurance policies, coding, and industry changes.

Problem Resolution:
Address insurance discrepancies or issues with carriers and patients professionally.
Resolve claim denials or appeals promptly.

Reporting:
Generate reports on insurance claims, payments, and outstanding balances for management review.
