Full-Time Bilingual Scheduling Coordinator - We seek an energetic person to join our patient-centered Orthodontic practice. We offer you an opportunity to grow as a valued member of our team. Must be a “people person” and have outstanding customer service skills. Some Dental experience is a must , we are willing to train the right person. This full-time, in person position, Monday through Friday. Excellent salary, medical plan plus a generous performance based bonus!

Our Scheduling Coordinator plays a vital role within the Camilo Riaño Orthodontics team and is the first point of contact for our patients, parents, referring doctors and staff. Job duties and requirements include but are not limited to:

Greet patients in a friendly manner
Schedule potential new and existing patients and manage CRM
Collaborates with the team to provide an excellent and efficient patient experience
Respond to patient billing or financial inquiries
Manage schedules
Social media experience is a plus
Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal skills and self-motivation with the ability to exceed patient expectations. Excellent organizational skills to effectively handle multiple tasks. Candidates must be literate in Spanish and English and will have a minimum of two years’ experience in a fast-paced, highly interactive customer service environment and highly computer literate. Experience in the dental industry with scheduling is a MUST

Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
