Coordinate patient services, including scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service. Manage billing, insurance claims, and payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Maintain compliance with dental regulations, office policies, and health standards.

Processing insurance claims and billing. Updating and maintaining accurate patient records. Generating operational and financial reports to improve office efficiency.
