Responsibilities include: Greeting/checking in patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, reviewing and updating patient files, verifying and billing dental insurances, collecting/posting patient payments, presenting treatment plans and dismissing/checking patients out. Overall, establishing good oral communication with the patients, doctors and staff in order to maintain a positive office flow. |
